Bank illegal charges n emi bounced issues

Dear sir,
Currently i am facing issue with ICICI Bank ,Indiabulls dhani Bank.
I had taken loan from them and they are charging me extra incase of EMI bounce and representing EMI without intimation for 2nd time if bounced n i m Not receiving sms .
If i asked them they are saying i need to pay to collection guys and they cant represent emi but my bank is saying everyday they are hitting ecs to my account which i have been charged heavy if asked icici bank they are denying .
Harrasement calls are more.
My bank is saying min 7 days n max 15 days are giving to bank to represnt the EMI but icici is not accepting
Indiabulls has increased rate of interest without informing and intimation n now they are not cooperating.
Plz help.
