Arbitration Case filed against me in NSE regarding Unauthorized Trades
01-Sep-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
Dear Sir/Madam,
The decision was given in favor of me by NSE IGRP Panel on 12th Jul 2019. Aggrieved by this decision, the trading member had initiated an arbitration case on 26th Aug. As per the NSE ISC people, I will be receiving the details of it through post in the few days, after which within 07 days of receipt of the post, I will be required to submit Form II, with the name of arbitrator/s chosen by me to act as arbitrator, in the order of your preference. Also, further I will be required to submit my defense with necessary supporting in 5 sets along with the Demand Draft drawn in favour of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd payable at Chennai as Arbitration fees cum deposit within 07 days of receipt of this letter. In the event of your failing to submit Form II and defense statement within the prescribed time, the arbitrator may proceed with the arbitral proceedings and make the award ex-parte. I will need a very good lawyer to support my defense in the proceedings.
Thanks
