Presently I am working as a LAC (airman) in X group. From last 3 years ... Authority pressurising me by revising different types of policy but I faught ... Now I am feeling very exhausted... They are saying in letter that I can't be utilised with in 15 years of service.. while initial engagement term for LAC is 15 years... Sir please suggest me...

Sir as per your query you can file OA before AFT and put forward your dispute. Promotion is your right toward your hard service and devotion toward the force and no one can take it from you just by passing a policy.

Yes, there is policy for continuing service up to 15 years in the rank of LAC and thereafter the airman gets discharged. In the present circumstances, you are suggested to make an application for giving a fresh chance for appearing CPL promotion examination. You are required to mention all the circumstances due to which you could not get through the examination.
