What are the grounds to get disability pension

sir I was in army. my length of service 17years 10 months.due to stroke on part of annual leave I was disabled 70% and I was invalid out. now there is no disability pension given to me. not attributable to military service an not aggravated also. Is I am eligible for disability pension.
