Termination from services

I had served as a const in Cisf from 2007 to 2010. Starting probation period from 16/6/07 to 16/6/09, during the period three punishment is served to me for disobedience of orders ..as I directed to shift from family quarter to barrack on 30/7/2008 and I had shifted on 04/08/08 due to I'll health..I submitted doctors advice for 4 days sick leave in my reply but authority dissatisfied and orders "censor"under rule 37, on second occasion I was charge sheeted for self accident disobeying the lawful order that iam droving bike without helmet....punishment passed as a penalty amount in seven days pay fine...in third occasion chargesheeted for asking written order from shift incharge and ordered seven day pay fine ....at all of above mentioned charges in every explanation for all of the charges I prayed written request for regular inquiry an in every matter authorities denied to conduct regular enquiry stating that...it depends on authority to decide whether enquiry will be conducted or no
