Sexual exploitation and cheating on promise to marry by army officer.

Serving army officer had promised me marriage and sexually exploited me and now he got engaged to some one else I want to take strict action against him What can be done?
It is not a case related to AFT, exploitation of another human being can be done by any one, he may be an army officer, police officer, IAS officer, bank officer, Railway officer , Company executives, or even a truck or taxi driver etc . Was it a rape? No then,Please do not put ask questions to find an answer to sort out personal enemeties
