Senior forcefully asking to vacate the station accommodation

Sir i m serving in Indian Army nd presently posted at operational area but statin headquarters ordered to vacate the said accommodation forcefully as some happens to quarrel to be made betn my wife nd another pbor wife. According to rule station headquarters to empowerd to vacate my accommodation forcefully or no. Can i take legal action against station headquarters
Station HQ has no authority to ask your wife to vacate accommodation because she had quarrel with anyone. This is illegal. But in all probability Station HQ will not admit this reason. Have they given anything to you in written? For you at this stage it will be better not to go for legal action immediately but instead your wife should represent the matter in written to authority higher than Station HQ through registered post. It has to be well drafted with all points, law aspects. Revert with all details of orders given to your wife, by whom. Your wife need not vacate accommodation.
