Query on Jawaan and Officer's MSP & field allowances

Jawaan's MSPs & field allowances and officer's MSP & field allowances should be equal, I have to file a complaint for this. When we work in the same area, how come our allowances are different, when we know that a jawaan works more than an officer in the ground.

This is purely a policy matter and in this case jurisdiction lies with High Court or Supreme Court. You must file a writ under suitable provisions and there are ample chances of winning. The discrimination has been prevailing since set up of armed forces and must end now.
