Dear Sir,
I have gone through your problem. As you have taken voluntary discharge from the Service, then there is no provision for rejoining in the service. Any how you can give a representation to the Chief of Air Staff to consider your case on sympathetic grounds.

If you have taken voluntary discharge then its really difficult for getting rejoining the same. The only option before you in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgement is in case all the formalities of your discharge are not complete or all your dues with the employer (Indian Air Force) has not been cleared you still have "locus poenitentiae" to withdraw your proposal for voluntary retirement before the relationship of employer and employee comes to an end.
