Payment of pension for the last rank held

Sir, I am an ex-service man ritired from Air force as jwo on 30-11-202 with holding rank for 2 months. Hence I have been paidpensioñ for SGT rank. I heard that this has changed to pay the pension even if a person held for 1 day also.
Hi, you have heard right but it is still not clear from which date the policy is implemented. Your date of retirement is not clear it is 2002 or 2012. We are waiting for implementation. If it is not done by 31May we need to progress in this direction. You can join us to take further action. I already have similarly placed people. Regds

Hi, I am also ex-air force man practicing in Delhi. As per provisions of latest pay commission, you are supposed to get the pension of JWO. But if the authorities are not giving that, you may proceed legally. Thanks
