Passed promotion carder still not getting promotion

Reagion of last red my family was burns case so i was late 3days to report to unit and i got tast punishment i pass for promosion carder also and not getting promosion and acp rank
i could not able to under stand as you mentioned so better to consult personally or telephone so I can give you better suggestion and base on that you can do so first you need to give full details so far what happened.
