Medical category upgraded facing problems to do physical activities

Sir/madam I am serving airwarrior of indian airforce.my medical categeory was A4G4(P) recommended by command hospital specialist.I have these following disabilities 1.PCL tear ( Lt) knee,2.Spondololysis L5 B/L ,facet arthropathy.both are attributiable to service.but recently Air HQ issued a letter Air HQ/26495/16/Empl Restr/med dated 04 Jun 15.as per this letter my medical categeory upgraded to A4G2 with out any employbility restrictions thats why I am facing problems to do physical activities and loss of disability pension.due to this my physical condition deteriorate day by day.
Coming to present situation,if you feel you have been wrongly up graded you can appeal for reassessment showing your physical condition because of which you are unable to perform the duties being given.
