Legal procedure for voluntary discharge from Indian armed forces

I am going to complete 15 yrs of service by June 18 . I want to quit . As my son is suffering from autism and not able to get the treatment/ school because of nature of job. As I already applied for posting regarding this till date no reply from AFRO. Even if I get the posting then also I want to quit . Please help me in this matter.

Dear Sir,
Premature discharge from service in cases such as yours (son being Autistic) are provided for under the extant rules and also as a matter of public policy on child welfare.
However, in order to provide a comprehensive answer, I'll need your service details and the medical certificate/records of your son.
