Leaving air force having spent 15 years instead of 20 years

I am completing 15 years in dec 2016 in Indian Air Force after that I want to leave service but the bond is of 20 years. On what grounds to make so that I may get discharge with pension.
Hi, there the laws and AFOs supporting your cause. I am also an ex-IAF person practicing in Delhi now a days. You are required to meet in person, so that I may suggest you proper course of action. This is possible to take discharge before completion of 20 years of service.
