I was dismissed from airforce how can I get discharged

sir mai iaf m as an airman service krta tha maine apna attestion refuse kr diya aur discharge k liye apply kiya but service n mujhe discharge ki jagah dismiss kar diya. aur FIT FOR CIVIL SERVICE ka certificate de diya. attestion refuse karne kaa kaaran tha mujhe furhter study nahi karne diya jaa raha tha trainning k baad 5 saal tak koi bhi service personnel aage study nahi krega aisa ek letter command ne unit bheja tha. kya mai IAF k against case kar skta hu ki mujhe discharge kiya jaaye aur padhne ku nahi diya jaa raha tha jabki recuritment k waqt nahi btate ki 5 saal tk study nahi kr skte
Yes you can challenge the dismissal Oder and get it converted into discharge as they had not conveyed the terms of engagement before joining and further studies/ progress is your right .
I would suggest you first make a representation to the government and if they don't grant relief then after 6 months of the representation you can approach AFT

Hi Firstly you cannot be denied permission for further studies, this is your right. AF should give reason to deny permission. Secondly permission for studies is always subject to service exigencies. Do you have supporting documents stating that the permission is denied and you had applied for discharge from service. If you have, your dismissal order can be challenged. Regds
