Hi, In order to get an immediate relief order of ITBP need to be understood and digged in detail so we have strong grounds before proceeding further. It is important to note that a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court shall be filed in order to get an immediate relief. Note: I do have favourable judgement in similar case.

thank you for reaching out from what you are mentioned it seems you are regularly attending your duties while being attached to the ministry of home affairs in that case , stopping your salary without a valid reason appears completely unjustified , unless there an official order of suspension or disciplinary action pending against you. Your first step should be to get a copy of the order through which ITBP stopped your salary. Once you have that, verify the reason mentioned. you are entitled to your full salary and allowances during this period. I suggest you immediately send a written representation to your department, through the proper channel, requesting the release of your salary. Attach copies of your attachment order and your duty report from the Home Ministry to support your case. If your department does not respond or delays the matter, you can approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for necessary directions. Salary is considered a fundamental right for any government employee who is performing their duties sincerely
