How to cancel divisional to divisional posting in Army

Sir,this is my 4th continue divisional to divisional posting out of 6th total posting.I want to your help to cancel it and to b know that am I only person in indian army who comes posting this tipe
Hi, for the cancellation of such posting you may file a case in the AFT with your suitable claims/submission/reasons. The other necessary information regarding such postings, you may get by way of RTI from your record office.
