How can I apply for army pension on medical grounds?

Madam/SIR. I had joined indian army CORPS OF SIGNALS on 30 March 1966 AND came out on medical ground i.g medical catergory EEE. without any pensionery benefit on 10 JUNE 1970 ..i have requested several time to my record office jabalpur but answer is not entitled for pensionery benefit..IF you are wanted to see my documents and papers than i am interested to send them by post of by email..i want to do my best to show my case and study if by GOD wish and your efforts i will success to get my pension than kindly inform me.
