How can a family claim dues and pension of ex amry person

My brother was murdered on 28 June 2016 ,he was married on 22 February 2016 ,he was in army ( gd) constable , his mother is nominee there and his wife is not mentioned there , his wife has gone from his house and contracted for remarriage her , from army his dues has not given us , so advised us , which will be given his dues and pention, either mother or wife, or what should we do for immediate action from army
