Higher authority issued show cause notice

I was substantive Naik. In summary court martial and punished for reduced to the ranks punishment confirmed/countersigned by the higher authority under army act 162. After 8 months of promulgated the punishment higher authority issued show cause notice under section 20 read with army rule 17 and terminate the service after 2 and half years. Is sustainable under army act and rules.

you may have other RED INK Entries other than this punishment. It is for this reason that you have been issued show cause notice and your service terminated. Get in touch with complete documents only then better advise can be given.

Hi, You need to reply the show cause notice strongly and oppose their actions and further you are suggested to approach Armed Forces Tribunal to stop their further actions. It is well settled principle of law that no one can be punished twice for the same act.
