23-Aug-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Sir am A4G4 permanent in the medical category with not attributable and not aggravated by service. Am I eligible for a medical disability pension? My disability is 30 % and disease occurred while being in service.

Since your disability is neither attributable to not aggravated by military service, as per pension regulations you are not entitled to disability pension. However there are many contingencies and processes to advise on which you have to intimate what is your disability, diagnosis, when and how you contracted it. Revert with details.
