Disparity in Pay of Diploma Holders and Central Govt. Employee Diploma

Why is there difference in pay- Since Indian Air Force was in practice of recruiting the Diploma Engineers and Intermediate Science candidates, trained them for other 30 months and awarded a Diploma in Engineering, why are the servants with same qualification differently paid and have different status in Air Force (Armed Forces) and in civil? We Diploma Holders want Justice.
You will have to challenge the notification, rules and regulations which prescribe the terms of service for the officers. This would have to be done by way of a Writ Petition before the High Court.
In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could file an RTI Application to enquire into the policy followed by the Air Force in such situations. Recourse could also be made to the Armed Forces Tribunal. An RTI Application will give you a formal reply with the required information for your reference.
