Dismissed from service can I convert my dismissal into suspension

I am a 25 year old ex-armyperson who was dismissed from service.now i have passed for getting govt.job.so,for that my punishment of 'dismissal from service' must be suspended & i am able to join the govt. Job.since punishment of 'dismissal from service' is a ban on future public employment.so,is there a legal remedy for suspending the sentence of 'dismissal from service' in my case???

Hi, There is possibility to convert dismissal into discharge under certain conditions and circumstances. We are not aware as to on what account you were dismissed from service. You have to share all relevant details of your service and cause of dismissal to provide you correct and definitely advice. Regards

You can approach the Armed Forces Tribunal for converting your dismissal to discharge however the same depends on what grounds you were dismissed from service.
Secondly, you need to make proper representation to the authority praying for converting your dismissal into discharge.In case you don't get the reply from the Govt then after six months from date of representation you can approach the Armed Forces Tribunal or incase they deny you the relief you can approach the AFT.
