Discharged from Army but disciplinary case pending

Sir Discharge order by record office issued but stopped stating disciplinary case is pending against you. What is the rule?

If discharge order has not been affected there is no discharge. Further if a disciplinary case is pending then no discharge till you come out of this case. You will continue to be under Army Act for next three years even if you are discharged and the disciplinary case will be concluded.

As per the Army Act you cannot be discharged from service till any disciplinary proceedings are pending against you. Has your discharge date been issued? Have you been officially attached? Please revert with this information.
