Disability pension was rejected because disease was not Attributable

I'm a ExServiceman.my ExArmy no:2580438w.Rank:Sepoy. Unit:14th, Assam Regt.DoE:09-01-1980.DoD:30-04-1994.my total Service:14.5yrs I'm "SERVICE ELEMENTS (DISABILITY) Pensioner.when I'm discharged from Service Medical GroundsP "Category "'C "(P) with 30% disability pension Recommended for Army Higher medical Officers. My disease was " ULCERATIVE COLITIS" .But my 30% of disability pension was Rejected and Reason says This disease was not Attributable in Army Service.So, I'm Applied to my Records and PCDA (P) ALLAHABAD.But there was no any Responses and not accept Requisitions.
SINCE YOU SUFFERED THE DISABILITY DURNING SERVICE YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO DISABILITY PENSION ,FOR THAT YOU NEED TO SHOW THAT YOUR DISABILITY HAS A CAUSAL CONNECTION TO YOUR JOB .AND AS YOUR DISABILITY IS ASSESSED TO BE 30% YOU ARE ENTITLED TO SUABILITY PENSION @50% IN TERMS OF LATEST JUDGEMENT OF AVTAR VS U.O.I.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A CASE IN AFT TO GET THE RELIFE.YOU CAN EXPECT DISABITITY PENSION @50% WITH 8-9% INTEREST WITH THREE YEARS ARREARS.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WILL BE MAINLY YOUR MEDICAL BOARD PROCEEDINGS

You need to file the RTI to know the status of your applications. The Authorities are bound to reply any application either in affirmative or negative. It is strange why they are not responding. If the reply of RTI is not received within 30, you may initiate legal action against them.
