Condonation of Non Qualifying Period (NQP)

07-Aug-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
According to rules Air HQ can condone Non Qualifying Period (NQP) of more than 6 months but less than 12 months for the purpose of granting pension. If Air HQ decides not to grant such condonation, can it be challenged in court of law like AFT?

Hi, as you mentioned the relevant part of the law/rule related to condonation, you have not mentioned how much is your Non Qualifying period. In these, circumstances you are advised to forward your case first to the Air HQ citing your reasons for non such NQP and if you don't get relief, you may approach to AFT.
