Clarification on Pay fixation according to AFT rules

Sir I am enrolled in Assam rifles as on 19 Nov 1999 in the scale of 3200-84-4900. After implementation 6 CPC , may I entitled for minimum pay Rs 9910 which is applicable for direct recruit.
Hi, you were enrolled in the year 1999 and the 6 cpc came into effect from 2006. The pay commission is not applicable from the retrospective date i.e. prior to 2006. However, you fall in the category of equivalent pay scale of 6 cpc.
