Clarification on grant of disability pension

Sir I am serving in Indian navy Now I am posted to peace before it I was onboard ship now after six month I was placed in low medical cat for sensual hiring loss in both year (80 db loss) now on reales medical board navy not giving me attributed nor aggravated and no medical pension. They replied me you are placed in cat in peace so you are not entitled for medical pension while in my opinion clearly mentioned that dease due to working in loud noise and due to firing on board . Sir what I will do plz suggest me .I have proof to work onboard in loud noise but board replied that you should not reported sick at that time why you are come up in peace
