Can third appeal be made rejected on medical condition

I was diagnosed a case of Type II Diabetes Mellitus in May 2002 during Annual Medical Examination while serving at Pune and was downgraded in June 2002. 30 Mar 2003 to 18 Apr 2006 i served in Counter Insurgency & Field area .There my Med Cat became P2 permanent.My release Medical Board in Oct 2013 granted 20% aggravation but  not only rejected Medical Board opinion but also rejected my two appeals,Do i have a case  and expect favourable verdict? I retired May 2014.

Third appeal with medical or Administrative authorities is not possible. You have to file case in AFT where you are almost sure to get relief in the circumstances narrated by you. You have a good case.
