Can I go against skill level in airforce and get NOC through court

Sir if I have select in A class job can i get noc from airforce through court?

Dear Sir,
congratulations on your selection for Class-I post. you can get NOC from the court/AFT , if you are not getting from your department. You should give details i.e. length of service, qualifications etc in your query. it is confirmed that you will get discharge from the service if you are approaching a right person at a right time.

Yes you can,subject to the provisions of the rule . Air force Act envisages the act of Pre retirement clauses which also includes Pre mature retirement or leaving the forces midway. Since your length of service is not known by your query this much information is primafacie .

As I am able to understand you have selected in A class Job and you want to Quit job of Airforce,
yes you may get the NOC / other appropriate orders from AFT. and you can join after getting NOC from court
