First of all get yourself examined by any government hospital declaring you fit to join forces. After that, you will have to write to your record office about the improvement in your health condition. Then again your examination by the medical board will done and if the medical board found you fit, they will allow you to rejoin. if IAF denies, then you can approach Armed Forces Tribunal for relief.

Further, the decision of medical board has to be speaking one i.e. must be reason based and not silent.
If you are not satisfied by the decision of the medical board, you can ask for medical examination by any other independent central governement hospital.

Hi, if you feel that injustice has been against you as per the medical manual provided for defence services in India, then you are suggested to approach as soon as possible to the Armed Force Tribunal and ask for reinstatement.
