Can i claim for pension and benefits on being an ex army

I joined Indian army on 25-02-1994 and awl on 7-8-2001. do service 7yrs 4 m .can I able to take benifiet of pension ; CSD canteen ect .iwant to file petition in Army court . is some hope of win. please advise
