Can departmental specialized medical exam be forgo in Army?

Ma'm, I m from AMC( army medical corps). in AMC the specialist doctor has to appear one departmental exam in which passing is mandatory to work as a specialist doctor. This exam is additional to our post graduate exams. This thing is not practiced anywhere other than army. This breed psychofancy in system and many times frustration among others. Can we represent against it in Delhi AFT.
You may challenge the policy letter for such exam if it is contrary to some legal provision or Art 14 & 16 of Constitution of India. An organisation is free to make policies to regulate the service conditions of it's employees. You may discuss your case with me.

Hi, it is a policy matter and in the said case the writ under article 226 of Indian constitution would be better. This will be filed in the High court and not in AFT. AFT may not entertain the petitions of such nature.
