Can Court discharge army officer after completing 15 year of service

Sir please tell me that the court can give order for immediate discharge to the commanding officer/Oic Records

It depends on the facts and circumstances of the case.But court can only direct the army to consider the case sympathetically but can't pass an order to be discharged as court can't get into the administrative power of the army/organization.
