Can a person leave Indian Air Force after 15 years of service

Sir I am single child.no brothers no sisters.dad suffering from heart issues.seeking regular treatment.can I leave IAF after 15years.sir pls find out a way I am desperate.already put in 10 years.

Yes Sir, you can leave the job by rendering a resignation. Whether you will be eligible for pension would depend on your post, period of service, type of commission and other factors for which you will have to provide further details.
