Am I eligible for the Disability Broad banding
08-May-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Retired on 31 Mar 2016 as Col with 50% disability. Now getting percentage based disability pension . Am I eligible for broad banding ie 75% .
Dear Sir
In the absence of the medical proceedings, it is not easy to comment. Please inform whether you ailment is referred to as for life or limited to some years.
If it is for life, have the second medical evaluation done, and what is the broadbanding stated there
if the answer is postive then you will get 75% as mentioned
