Air force officer making soldiers work for long working hours

Is there any provision to file a case against an air force officer who is making a long working vy saying that we are defence personal. If opposing that harassing the solduer by threatening him.
you need to go through the unit policy such as SOP or defense guide lines, working hours for Air Force service personnel and you need to provide proper information about your category then only we can say anything that is there any scope or not.
