How to sue a company committing fraudulent activities

Sir i had joined a part time job.. But due to some personal reasons i couldnt complete it.. Now the company is threatening me saying that they ll do case and make me pay 50k because i din pay their registration fee.. They have some 20 rupee stamp paper with them saying that its an agreement... But i have not signed any hard copy... They are sending emails.. Please reply

Ans: you have every right to charge them for threat and other blackmailing for ransom and this will stop all their activities.
