Pre arrest notice in sec498a case

20-Jan-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
My wife and her father have filed FIR under sec498a against myself and my family members (all of them living outside of our house and city for past 7 years ever since marriage). I have applied for anticipatory bail. My question is can police arrest any of us without serving the 7--day pre-arrest notice. no there is no provision for the notice before arrest but police may not arrest for the offence under section 498a of IPC and you will be granted pre arrest bail Chrome from concern Session Court .
