My husbnd got anticipatory bail should I go for high court or not

Mre husbnd mjko chhod k bhage hue h pichle 6mnths se mre sth maarpit krke unpe FIR h 498a 406 323 34me mjko kiraye k ghr p chhod k bhage gya tha vo bt he got anticipatory bail toady ND court direct him to join the investigation till 9th of July should I go in to high court cancellation of his bail application or not wt should u do
U can only go for cancellation of bail if your husband has either breached the conditions on which he has got bail or if he has given deceptive information during bail …please b in touch …to know further information

till 9th you said. I assume he has bee granted interim protection till then. you should wait till the final disposal of his anticipatory bail application. if his application has been disposed of finally, you can approach the same court or the High court under different provisions of law.
