Can a Bail Granted By Seesuon Judge Be Cancelled By CJM.

06-Dec-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
My bail order read as "below court will fix a date not more than 2 month where pettioners will bring complainant in lower court and if lower court does not find the satisfactory behaviour of pettioners towards the complaint the court below is at liberty to take appropriate action that too can be cancellation of their bail" within 2 month lower court fixed the date but court was vacant as CJM was transfer and next date was fixed on 27 sep 2019 on 26 sep my wife requested me to go home to celebrate DASHARA at mother home on 8th oct and went to mother home. After multiple request did not come back and file bail cancellation in CJM court that I throw her out of my house in march 2020. From sep to march 2020 there were 5 date where court was vacant. In march court was given charge to a another CJM. I submitted recording of her mother that she had requested to send daughter for dashraa celebration. Now CJM calling me and I said due to corona I can not came he take decision. What can happen

Hello,
you can appeal before the court but it's the lawyer's duty he/she can withdraw the bail application then and there to avoid bail cancellation.
The exemption can be filed in case you cannot appear before the court, on some certain cases court allows accused. For further details please feel free to contact.

What I can understand is that your bail is cancelled. By that it means it is cancelled on the ground mentioned in the bail cancellation application. An appropriate remedy in the nature of appeal or revision has to be seen and once the best legal recourse is ascertained. It will be filed before the court of revision or court of appeal.
