Bail grant concern

In my last statement I have elaborated my situation to you. Still I haven’t got the idea about the bail eligibility criteria. I am leaving with my mother and keeping unwell too. Though I have brothers but they will not give money for my case. I can’t live with my husband as well. Bcz he beat me, demanding dowry and financially I am weak right now too. I don’t know whether I will get maintenance or not ? No positive movement I found in my case so far. I don’t have lawyer as well. In this situation will my husband get the bail on dowry case ? Will he come for this hearing ? What are steps I should I take so judge favour me ?
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him on the grounds of cruelty. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
