Q: How to get succession certificate

My dad and mom own a flat in nashik. my dad died last year, so now i want to remove my dad's name from 7/12. But when i went to talhati office, he told me to bring varas dhakla / succession certificate from court. Is this the only way to remove dad's name from 7/12? Because to get succession certicate from court i have to pay stamp duty + some other taxes. So this is very expensive way. Is there any other way ?

I got a ROC number, and my ROC is generated. And on the Copyright website copyright.gov.in it shows that my work is registered. Now in how many days will i get my Copyright Certificate?

Q: Is a will in favour of wife necessary if she is already joint owner?

Am Hindu by religion. is is required to make a will in wife's name if she is already a joint owner of land / flat (Index II) as also in bank accounts?

Your wife is already joint owner of land or flat and also bank account. All your Property will be her name. Will is not necessary if she is already joint owner.



Q: I will sell the property but cheques by buyer will bounce, what to do?

Me and mom will sell the property but that person give pdf checks and they will be bounce so i will cancelld the regisry or sellded property so what can be possible sir

I am working in this co. since june 2016 and confirmed in co in dec 2016 as my probation period was for 6 months. Now i wanted to know whether i am eligible for bonus for serving probation period also as bonus in included in my CTC.

yes you are eligible for bonus.Every employee whether on probation, part time, contractual, permanent, supervisor or manager whose wage is less than or equal to Rs 21,000/- and has completed 30 days in an accounting year is eligible for bonus
