We are a registered gta partnershipfirm under gst we provide transporting services and also do transporting service for other registered gta (pvt Ltd Co. ) on their behalf and have opted 12% rate on supplies made by us. Want to now weether we are liable to charge gst on work done by us on behalf of other registered gta (pvt Ltd co) while billing them for the work done by us ..

yes, they are liable to pay GST amount to you.as the other GTA is also registered and availing your services, they shall be liable to pay GST to you and treat the same as input tax credit.They will then charge GST from their respective clients.
Q: want to know about Notice period in Ltd company
your services can be terminated in the form of resignation or otherwise by either party by giving 45 days notice in writing or 45 days basic salary in lieu thereofsir in my joining letter mentioned above line what does it stand for.if i am leaving job without serve notice period i have to pay 45 days basic salary orcompany will terminate me without notice period they will pay to me 45 days basic salary.

It says both things. If you leave without serving 45 days of notice period, post termination of your employment by the company, then you have to pay the amount.and if company does not allow you to complete 45 days notice period, post your resignation, then company will pay you for 45 days.
Q: Whether GST Registration is Compulsory for Society or not?
I have an Educational Society registered under Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act 1973 (Act No. 44 of 1973) since 2014 March. The Society governs a Coaching Center and a Girls Hostel in same state. The turnover is not over 20 Lakh. So Is that compulsory to register and pay for gst, also, if it is compulsory, whether I need to pay separate GST for Girls Hostel and Coaching Center? Please Guide me.

Yes, it shall be valid provided that proper stamp duty has been paid on Power of Attorney.Therefore, it is requested to check the stamp duty paid on Power of Attorney is appropriate or not, if it not appropriate then firstly the proper stamp duty on POA has to be paid and then sale deed has to be executed.
