Nayi bike lene ke turant baad problem aana aur baar-baar service ke bawajood issue solve na hona, clearly deficiency in service aur possible manufacturing defect ko show karta hai.Aapne already 6–7 baar service center visit kiya hai, phir bhi problem theek nahi hui—yeh acceptable nahi hai. Aise situation mein aap dealer aur company dono ke khilaaf action le sakte hain.Sabse pehle unhe ek written complaint/notice bhejna chahiye jisme aap apni problem aur service history mention karein. Agar fir bhi proper solution nahi milta, toh aap Consumer Court mein case file kar sakte hain.Aap replacement of bike, refund, ya compensation claim kar sakte hain. Law aise cases mein consumer ke favour mein hota hai, especially jab defect repeatedly aa raha ho aur resolve na ho pa raha ho.
