Q: Neighbour causing nuisance by throwing filth into my window regularly

My top floor neighbor is constantly throwing vomit, condoms, soiled tissues into my box grill window below. I have complained to society and police but no action is being taken. Neighbor denies my complaint and continues to trash my window. Instead he threatened to file case of defamation. It is causing mental trauma to clean mess frequently. Also my home hygiene is compromised. There are large number of flies on the filth which enter my home everyday.

In that case there is no option, you hire a highly paid lawyer, with good knowledge and experience and excellent contacts with court staff and police and File Defamation Suit in the local court having jurisdiction in your area.

Q: Threat of suicide against me, I'm not involved. .......sos sos sos

A guy involved in molestation case, is threating me that he will comittee suicide and write my name in his last note. I'm not even involved in it we all live in hostel and some guys around 25 created mental pressure on him , so he is taking everyone down.

See Boss, you have got nothing to with itAvoid contact with such peopleMake a complaint in writing to your warden a keep a copy safe of that with you.Also Make a complaint to the educational Institution you guys study and keep a copy of that safe with you.And Most Important for you safety kindly file Non-Cognizable Report in Local Police having jurisdiction over your area and keep a copy of that safe with you.90 to 95% chances are that he is trying to act smart and even if he commits suicide you won't be held liable if you follow my advice.

Q: was convicted for DUI payed the fine will i get clear pcc

A year and half ago my friend and i were convicted for DUI and i was the pillion. The traffic police asked my friend to blow in the Breathalyzer and not me since he was driving. Later we were asked to pay the fine which was decided by the court and we paid the fine! Recently, i have got an opportunity to go for my higher studies abroad and i require a clear pcc. Will i recieve a clear pcc ?

yes sir you will get a clear PCC, because you have already paid the fine and the case has been closed. for further investigation you may contact local police station whether the case is pending. even if even if the case is pending many police officers close the case by taking a small amount of compliance fees , if you tell them that you are going for higher studies abroad.

Q: Refund getting delayed every week

I purchased a Health Insurance policy for me and my mother on 20th May 2022 it was rejected on 30th may by the insurance company and the refund process is getting delayed every week they say that insurance company has approved the refund but they have not initiated the process. So what should I do should I register a complain in consumer forum

yes you may making complaint in the consumer forum but also set the criminal law into motion by making an F.I.R. in the local police station. also send them a very strong legal notice threatening them with dire consequences for both civil and criminal indicating closure of their insurance company by the court and payment of all the dues pending from all of their policy holders that too in a very short period of time.
