Questions Answered by Advocate Rahul Anil (25+ answers)

Q: Fresh evaluation result publication delay

I just wanted to know if I can go for a case against my university to point out the extreme delay in the publication of fresh evaluation results. The university takes over 3 months to publish the result. I wanted to explain this in detail for somebody to understand but since there is a word limit that's all that I can type in brief. If you are someone who's just money minded and does not care about your client actually getting justice please ignore this as I dont want to waste my time explaining

Advocate Rahul Anil answered
Certainly I can help you out if you are in a private university. Reach out to me so that we can discuss in further. I am not looking to make money out of this, I am only trying to help people with their issues.

Q: My teacher is targeting me and always scolding me

My teacher is targeting me and insulting me infront of whole class and I'm afraid she might fail me

Advocate Rahul Anil answered
It’s okay. Your teacher probably thinks that you don’t know anything about the subject. Just prepare yourself in such a way that you can answer all of your teacher’s questions. The insulting will stop.
