I deposited a cheque in my account twice which was issued by a company in my favor and both the time cheque got bounced an every time fine deduct from my account. Please advise.
Advocate P. Vijay Akilan answered
What was the reason for the dishonour of the cheque. The procedure to be followed is u should send a legal notice asking ur opponent to pay the cheque amount, that notice should be issued within 30 days from the date of cheque bounce and then u have to file a case in court against him

Q: A man entered house assaulted father what to do
my father was sleeping in home. the accused forcibly enter in to my home and vigorously attacked/assaulted my father with a steel bar. he hurted severely and admitted government hospital since 20 june 17. i complainted to police station. no action taken. What should I do now?
Advocate P. Vijay Akilan answered
U can lodge a complaint by going into the police website and also send a complaint through speed post with proof of delivery or by registered post with acknowledgement due. Did you take your father to the government hospital or any private hospital and told them how the incident took place to the doctor. If u had told them they would have asked the police to come and they would have come and got a complaint from u people. If inspite of tht they didnot take any action. U can approach the superior officer and even approach the court.
Q: How to file for contempt of court
Sir,received an order frm highcourt bench in our favour with the order saying the needed to be done in 3 weeks, the opp party has not done so... Keeps saying we are gonna appeal to Supreme court... It is gonna be 3 weeks soon & no news about a stay order against ours. My question is.. Do they have to get a stay order against us? & can we file contempt of court against them & will they avoid it by saying we are gonna appeal in Supreme Court? Thank you.
Advocate P. Vijay Akilan answered
You can file a petition to take contempt of court action against ur Opposite party and proceed further. He has to file a petition before Supreme Court or he can file a petition before the high court itself to a larger bench and get a stay on your order
