Q: Insurance claim for bike theft

My newly purchased bike (3 lakh) was stolen when an unknown person forcibly snatched keys from hand and fled. I immediately filed FIR, Police registered case of theft under BNS 303. I also submitted claim with insurance company within required time. The surveyor now suspects I voluntarily handed over the keys due to a pattern in these thefts, which is incorrect. Another issue raised is whether this incident amounts to robbery instead of theft. I seek advice on handling the insurance clai,=m.

Under Indian law, the facts described by you prima facie indicate a case of robbery/snatching and not a case of voluntary delivery of the vehicle or simple negligence. The insurance company cannot reject the claim merely on suspicion or on a general “pattern” theory without proof. For further process feel free to contact me.

You need not worry about this, what you can do is simply apply for Gazette Notification, it will take 15-20 days to get issued.If you want only 'Priya' as your mother's name then you have to apply Gazzette as old name: Priya Arun Kulkarninew name: Priyaor if you want your mother's full name as the correct one then you have to apply Gazzette asold name: Priya new name: Priya Arun Kulkarni there is no need to change the name in the documents.

For that you need to immediately connect with the nearest Cyber Crime Department. And you have to share with them the links of the profiles which are clone ones, to trace the IP address of the person doing such acts.

Q: Property share in parents property

I and my wife were living in a joint family setup. Recently due to issues at home, my mother had messaged to my mother in law to ask me and my wife to move out of the house and stay indendently. So I and my wife are living seperately from my family in a rented house.Now my wife during one of the fight she was forcing me to ask my share in my mother's property. The property belongs to my mother only. Now if I succumb to this pressure, what further action/legal my wife can take on my family.

If it is your mother's self acquired property then there is no share of yours till she is alive. She can sell it, gift it, make WILL to any person she wants to. Nobody can force her to get the share. As no child has an inherent share in a self acquired property of a person till he/she is alive.

Q: Land Sold As Per Society Registration Paper And Layout

Sold a land as mention in the society and layout which was purchased by me actually the land without measurement. Now the buyer has complain about short of land which was mention iin the paper...in police station...what are remedies and solution for me as I have sold it as it is as I had purchased it .

No need to worry, it was the duty of the buyer to cross check all the documents and do paper work accordingly, if you sold the land in good faith without knowing the truth yourself, then the buyer cannot claim anything from you.
