Q: Notice issued by district magistrate according to bns 126 for maintain
A false fir was registered against my friend he has received a notice from district magistrate. According to bns 126 the notice was given and told him to sign a bond to maintain peace. How can we challenge this notice as the case is false?

Q: Case of fraud & forgery threating to family recovery money
I have took investment names the business but businesses are not valid but I give them fake invoice time to time. I given them all of them principal amount+ 8% extra but still they are threating me & my family to transfer the property on their name. I don't know what to do please suggest

there should be a cheque issued for the purpose of legally enforceable debt and the same was bounced due to insufficient funds. and notice for demanding was issued to repay the cjeque amount within 15 days from the date of receiving notice. non compliance of it Case under section 138 can be filed. magistrate will issuing process examine its all on oath then order passed under section 202 and summoning accused roreply the same

it is not possible to cancel your adoption easily. you have to go to court and fill petition for cancelation of adoption deed on the ground of pparamount welfare is not done according to terms of adoption deed
